Before joining Conductive Ventures, Kosuke led Game Changer Catapult, the in-house innovation arm to create new initiatives from employees’ business ideas, at Panasonic Corporation. Along with this bottoms-up approach, he was also a Board member of BeeEdge, a CVC focused on supporting business creation from large enterprise companies based in Japan by launching food-tech and healthcare-tech companies, which ultimately led to positive outcomes. Kosuke also worked as a corporate-to-corporate business manager and maintained executive relationships to create new business opportunities. Kosuke also spent time at one of the largest toy makers to optimize factory operation and created a go-to-market strategy at an education-tech startup.
Prior to that, he led project management for the information & entertainment business in the automotive industry and started his career as a software engineer from embedded systems, and frontend UX to requirement definitions.
Kosuke earned an M.B.A. from Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He also graduated with an M.E. and a B.E. from Meiji University.
