There, he advised middle-market software companies on M&amp;A, capital raises, and financings, gaining deep insight into what it takes to build and scale enduring businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Having been told \u201cno\u201d countless times while fighting for opportunities without connections, Kyler gravitates toward resilient, underestimated teams with something to prove.
