Raised in Humboldt County\u2014a rural area far removed from Silicon Valley\u2014he began his career with jobs like hauling hay and delivering pizza. Kyler broke into finance through sheer persistence, interning at tech-focused hedge fund Wahdy Capital Management before joining KeyBanc Capital Markets\u2019 Technology investment banking team. There, he advised middle-market software companies on M&A, capital raises, and financings, gaining deep insight into what it takes to build and scale enduring businesses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Having been told \u201cno\u201d countless times while fighting for opportunities without connections, Kyler gravitates toward resilient, underestimated teams with something to prove. He brings the same punch-above-your-weight mentality that got him to the table to help founders compete and win – embodying the grit that defines Conductive\u2019s portfolio companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
